Humble Hands Quartet Ministry
There have been some great Christian members from all around the East Texas area singing with quartets and Humble Hands can say they have some of the best in its past 17 years. It all started with Promise Keepers back in the early 90’s and from that the HHQ quartet was born.
God has been good to Humble Hands and He has never had to send the ravens to feed them. He is a providing God and has given them everything they've ever needed to do this ministry. God has allowed the doors to open up for the quartet’s ministry and they have had the honor to minister to a vast number of people over their journey. Their prayer is that someone will be changed after they have attended a service. They strive to be humble, obedient, and press on to see souls changed.
Humble Hands is a traditional southern gospel quartet ministry that has the committed desire to serve the Lord in local churches and public gatherings in the East Texas area. The members of the quartet are from the Baptist and Pentecostal faith and have been singing in the ministry for many years. Their journey has allowed them to minister to the US armed forces, town square festivals, churches, retirement / nursing homes, all day singings, oprys, and back yard barbecues.
If you’re wondering what a regional ministry such as ours would take to have at your church, please know that we require no prerequisite of any kind to minister to your congregation. We love to sing in the smaller churches as much as the larger ones! Not many regional quartets will say that. If you like songs made popular by
The Cathedrals, Gaither VB, Gold City, and the Goodmans, then we are your quartet. We love the Highway to Heaven, Songs We Sing, and the pew hymnal song books just as much as you do. Call us when you’re ready to have a good back slapping service.
The members of the quartet fellowship starts with Paul Petty, home town Ensley Alabama, who now lives in New London Tx. He sings baritone. Then Kentucky born and raised Bill Hurlbert, singing the bass for HHQ, is now living in Ft Worth Tx, and starting his third year singing tenor for HHQ is Phil Dillard from Ft Worth TX. Tom McLaughlin is singing lead for his second yeard and he's from Forney Texas.
HHQ has a saying, “We’re everyday working people just like you. We are truly living a dream to be invited to minister in vocal harmony to God’s children.”
If it’s old style front porch harmony singing with a Christian message that will reach the young and old alike, then we’re what your looking for. We do concerts throughout the Central/North and South East Texas area and book concerts into OK/Ark/Louisiana as well.
Please sign in on the guest book and say hello or tell them what's on your mind. If it's a matter of prayer, please call and they will be there for you.
Should you wish to book them, call 903 895 2309
